Tricia has been great to work with. She was so patient with us as we took our time finding the right home for us. She always made herself available to help us throughout the process and gave us so much of her time, taking us to see many houses, and not minding taking us back to see some a second time. She took the to time to understand what we were looking for and could be counted on to send send us listings that she thought fit our needs, which eventually helped us find our forever home. Tricia communicated with us every step of the way from the time we put our offer in until the closing. She even provided us with a helpful document after our offer was accepted, outlining each step and task we needed to complete with deadlines leading up to the closing. We were impressed by her organization and ability to manage multiple clients while still making us feel as if we were her only clients. Tricia is knowledgeable about the housing market, and it gave us confidence to have the guidance of someone who is an expert in her field. Tricia goes above and beyond for her clients, and we highly recommend her.

Cathy Fleischmann did a wonderful job for us both as a buyers’ agent and a sellers’ agent. We were first referred to Cathy by a family friend who had worked with Cathy. We purchased our home in Columbus while we were living in another state. Despite the long distance, Cathy was as communicative with us as if we lived right down the street. She did a great job of keeping us updated on feedback, timing, what to expect etc. which we appreciated. She followed through on her commitments and was extremely responsive to us with questions we had along the way. There were a lot of balls for us to juggle, and she was able to keep everything going and driving to the end goal. As it turned out, when we selling our home, were under contract within 48 hours of it being listed. She made what could have been two very challenging moves, buying and selling a home, into moves that went very smoothly and closed on time. I would highly recommend Cathy. She is personable, a pleasure to work with and knows how to keep things moving.
